  • Greetings

    Hi Guys,

I joined this site for a couple reasons. One of them being I am a proud owner of an MKV Diesel Jetta. The other being this is one of the only VW forums that work hasn't blocked

I work at a Volkswagen Dealership as a salesman and am proud to say I wouldn't sell anything else! So if anyone has any questions about pricing for parts, service or a brand new VW, I'd be more than happy to help.

    My name isn't Raymond either.

    Yours Truly

    Welcome to the forums mate.
Hit up one of the super moderators to get your title updated to Salesperson.

What dealership do you work for?

Hope we can get you out to some of our events (we have happy laps on saturday if you are interested as there is a couple of spots free)

Gee, I'd love to go on a weekend out with some more VWs, but at this present time, I'm stuck in Emerald.
I wish the guys over at vwgolf.net.au were as friendly as you. I asked to go on some day trips when I was back in Brisbane, and not a single fkr got back to me.

It probably helps that this is a VW/and subsidiary wide forum rather than golf specific forum.
Also most of the people on golf.net are on here too so we get a lot of cross coverage.

Shame about being in Emerald, is that where you are based?

Yeah. The dealership has only been around since Feb of this year. So things are a little slow going. And the country folk don't seem to trust VW as much as metro people do.

I didn't really take this forum too serious when I first came across it, seeing as watercooled volkswagens are such old news. I figured it would be a bunch of hipsters/oldmen reminiscing about wooden floorboards in their old kombis...

          Go figure!

I think you will find that the older VW's (combi's/beetles etc) are of the aircooled variety whereas the newer VW's are watercooled, hence the fresher/younger community.
