Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC Moving In

    Hi all

    Just Moving to Aus looking to join the dub/VAG seen out down under.

    Love MK2's and Polos bit of a dub fan. found you guys from trying to find a MK2 to buy.


    Currently looking for a MK2 16v golf in ok cond. if anyone wants to sell one PM me.

    Practically no chance of finding a MK2 16V here mate.

    I brought an engine and gearbox over from the UK when I moved. Paid 100 quid off ebay, along with everything under the bonnet and the fuel pump etc.

    Built it into a 2 door digi-fant MK2.

      Welcome mate.

      Not many Mk2's in aus and hardly any 16v's.

      Bring parts over form the UK and put into an aussie 8v GTI
