First time VW driver long time admirer
Hi all
My name is Jon, i'm 23 from Canberra, Australia.
Always admired the Golf so when our Mazda2 came off second best to a Volvo a few weeks ago, (thankfully no one was seriously injured and everyone thing was insured) my girlfriend and I were in the market for a good value small car that didn't look like it came out of a cereal box. The Golf we wanted was out of our price range but one drive of a Polo 77 TSI Comfortline in manual and we got on the phone to the lease company to arrange delivery.
Picked up our new Polo this week in the same spec as above in schwarz. Optioned with the comfort pack, metallic paint, mats and iPod cable.
Found this community when looking for tips on running in the engine and problems encountered in the first thousand k's. Hoping to keep our new Polo running in top condition and away from bloody Volvo drivers!
