Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA love my gti

    Just got a 2006 dsg gti and I love it ! Had it for one week and I love it more everyday I live in Perth and don't know if there's a big gti following.

    I just wanted to talk to some people who love there gtis maybe some advice on care and mods, never had a VW or a Turbo car before

    Loving my golf carnt stop driving it!

      hey ducey welcome abaord.

      Post some pics up, and then let us spend all of your money on mods like turbo upgrade, susepnsion etc etc

            best way is to firslty store your picture on another website, for example photobucket.com or even your facebook album.


            then you copy the address from where the pic is hosted, for example

            "http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh7/gareth_oau/RS4Front.jpg" (without the "" marks)

            then you paste that address into a post here and surround it by

            i.e. "[IMG] http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...u/RS4Front.jpg [/IMG]" (again, without the "" marks or spaces )

            as long as the file extension is .jpg or .png or .bmp or .gif then the image will show

            as below:
