QLD New and seek help

[polo 9n3]

Hi all,

I have a MY07 9N3 3dr polo.

The car does not lock on drivers side when I press the remote central locking (it does go down, but pops up again).
To lock the car, I need to insert the key and turn to lock.

Any suggestions to what cause this or where to purchase parts/ technician to fix the issue?

Which part of Brisbane are you from?
Should be a realtviely simple fix but would likely need the door trims removed to access the broken bits.
