Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    SA Introducing myself.

    Hey guys,

    Newbie from Adelaide here.

    I purchased a MkV GTI a few months ago and am loving every second in it, very nice car out of the box.

    Hopefully I will be doing some mods soon, depending on how much spare cash I have with the arrival of my first child this October. So far things are not looking good for the GTI... damn kids are expensive and I don't even have one yet!

    Anyways I look forward to being apart of the community here and gaining knowledge about my much loved little beast (My GTI not my future child).

    Welcome. This place isn't that good at encouraging you to save your cash, so approach with caution

    Make sure you come on a cruise some time, we've been having a few more lately and they're great!
