Hi All,
Had my 2011 Octavia RS (TDI DSG, candy white) for about 9 months now and love it! Have done about 22000km including a couple of interstate trips and am still getting my head around the apparent lack of performance/economy compromise! Averaging ~6.0 L/100km (including a 4000k trip with family - fully laden and not driving for economy of 5.9 L/100….)……. Coupled with better performance than all the big 6’s that I have previously owned…
Looking forward to seeing if anyone has had success with improving lighting (have changed to osram nightbreaker + and only just good enough now to see the roos….) or gone down a rim size or two (the 18”s don’t manage the bitumen lined holes in our western highways very well.)
