NSW Intro and request for Golf MK6 tail light

this is my first post.
I originally checked this site out before deciding to buy a new '09 MK6 Golf TDI.
Great little car!
I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but where should I go to find a new tail light after a parking bingle?

Hi there quickrick, and welcome.

You could try your dealer or eBay. There is another alternative... a large number of members have swapped out their standard or GTI tail lights for Golf R-style LEDs, and many members still have their original tail lights. So have a read through this thread, and you might like to see if anyone's happy to sell you one/all of their originals at a cheaper-than-new rate.
