You will need a downpipe to get extra power, the cat-back sections are basically just for noise.

I've been told by mates, to get milltek turbo back exhaust system. Would that be the best to go for?

They are all pretty similar but you will likely need a tune after to get the benefit so i would try viezu or tim from dubaddiction.
