Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA New passat owner

    hey guys,

    intro, my name is Alex, im 24 from perth WA with a 6month old baby.

    Ive just purchased a 2006 VW passat wagon 3.2V6 FSI with the DSG gearbox and 70k km - 4motion

    ive grown up modifying older subaru 4x4 wagons, gradually upgrading over the years.

    looking forward to giving VW a go and im pretty excited to pick up the new car this weekend! Hopefully ive made a wise choice.

        thanks for the welcome guys, i will get pics up as soon as i pick her up tomorrow.

        Will probably come for a look at the meet, i'll get my old man to come too, he has a pretty shmick 2008 A4 s-line 2.0T with a couple of APR bits.
