Golf R - Best car I've ever owned.

Hey All,

I'm the proud owner of a 2010, CW, DSG Golf R with 27,000km on the clock. Took me 3 months to take the plunge and have the APR stage 1 software installed but I recently had the v3.1 update which was quite a step up from the previous version. Loving the R and every second I get to drive it.

I'm a bit of a detailing nut and shy away from taking out the beast unless it's immaculate. There's nothing better than driving your pride and joy when it's in mint condition IMO.

Looking forward to putting to use the massive knowledge base and wisdom that a forum like this can provide.

Keep an eye out for SA-flagged events in the Clubs, Meets and Events section. They don't happen often unfortunately... we're either a lazy, antisocial or just very busy bunch, clearly!

I'll probably get round to suggesting something in the coming weeks.
