Hello to all, found this forum via VWnavi.com and an RNS510 post "howto replace the HD with an SSD drive and i must say i am impressed with the quality of the post, (and others). I have VCDS and I enjoy helping other VW and Audi owners, as the Franchises do not seem to have the time or will listen to enthuiast that may know more than them when it comes to non standard issues on electrical problems especially with radios/antennas and oem satnav units Forums have helped me and have given me the knowaledge to help others.
I have owned Passat B5 2.5 V6 Motion Tiptronic, a Passat 2.5 V6 estate Triptronic Fully loaded and have settled back to a Golf MkV Match with an RNS510 and a 7 speed DSG box. All from new and lovingly looked after.
The 4 wheel drive Motion is with my son-in-law and has done 170K miles and is still all origional and going great.
Now driving a 2013 Tiquan 2.0 lit diesel and 4 Motion best VW to date so far, again had it from New. Also RNS 510 "P" Ver.
