VIC new GTD arrives on Friday

Hi Guys

I'm new to this forum. I'm reasonably active on ECCA as I have 2 BMs, an E36 M3 and a V8 E53 X5 (which goes as a trade on the GTD.) the M3 is a track/road toy.

Looking forward to having the D chipped shortly. the Viesu people (john) have suggested that 203hp and 435nM are to be had with their chip. Anyone heard anything about this upgrade? are there others to consider??

my partner is on her 2nd TDI and it's her car that got me thinking about going diesel. (she's about as excited about cars as I am about white goods...)

the GTD is as follows:

Mk6 DSG in Carbon Steel Grey
Black Vienna leather
sunroof
satnav
reversing cam and sensors

Mods to come:

chip
wheels/tyres
upgrade brakes.
maybe a software upgrade on the DSG?

There are plenty of options available ref tunes - the Tuning and Performance (inc ECU upgrades) section is a good place to start. And there's plenty of good info in the Diesels section also.
