Hi! I joined up because i've just bought a MK3 Golf VR6 after being away from VWs for a while. I'd forgotten how good it was to drive a VW and am pleased i'm back!!
I owned two MK1 GTI Campaigns and a MK2 GTI 8v in the UK, but had to sell up when I moved out here six years ago. I missed driving a Golf since then, but avoided buying one because I couldn't come to terms with the prices in Australia!
When my VR6 got traded in at work I jumped at it because it was super cheap. It has a few minor problems, and light hail damage from the christmas day storms but goes well enough to suprise a few V8s
