Hi all,
My name is Simon and I've just made my first VW purchase. Previously I've been driving a 97 Honda Integra (don't knock it the thing has been good to me for 10 years!), but have been admiring the look of the 08 Golf GTi for quite some time and finally took the plunge when a Graphite Blue came on the market. Leather interior, Xenon headlights, it's a thing of beauty compared to what I'm used to. Found out about this forum while looking for ways to maintain it (the teg copped a beating during the hard no washing your car at home water restrictions phase). Looking forward to meeting some fellow drivers who like their VW just as much as I do!
