    Hi all,

I'm currently in the market for a Mk5 Jetta TFSI and joined up here to gather some VW knowledge. Seems like buying a car is as much of a headache as selling one, but hopefully I'll find one soon and be able to contribute to this forum.

    Cheers, Luu.

Check out carsales, there are always a few nice Jettas available.

What colour / options are you looking for ?

Jettas were always good value for money, even when new,as they are feature packed.

yep, from what i'm aware: the TFSI is the series 1, EA113 motor, and the TSI has a series 2 EA888 motor with a chain driven timing belt.
missed out on the white TSI! and the blue one from WA doesn't have a sunroof ..nothing else in my budget range i'm afraid.
anthony, do you happen to own a grey jetta? theres one floating around the glenhuntly area.

I had a Jetta foe 3 and a half years, which was Silver, and written off last year,so I now have a new Accord Euro, but a cousin of mine in the area has a Grey Jetta, with persinalised plates starting with the initials ZK.

Another nice, newish Grey 125 TDI in the area.

Are you in the area too ???

There are lots of Grey Jettas around here,I think together with Silver,Black, and Graphite, they were all the most popular colours, with the Reds,Golds,Blue, and even White being quite rare...
