After much talk amongst customers and many references to VW Watercooled, VW Gold Coast has finally joined your awesome site..!!!

My name is Rob McGrail and I am the Sales manager for Gold Coast VW. Any questions, queries, complaints, suggestions or discussions, feel free to shoot them to me and am happy to reply to you.

Persoanlly, I have been with VW for 4 years and was involved with Lamborghini & Bentley prior to my start with VW with a total of 6 years with VW brands, and 8 years in the car industry! My dealership has been with VW for more than 12 years.

I would hope I can say that I have many happy VW customers and a lot of them are members here.... This is how I found VW Watercooled, through referrals from them.

I am happy to help with quotes and sales all over the country and I welcome the challenge to find a car for you and do you the right price.

Welcome Rob! Long time overdue though!

As a customer, I can personally vouch for Rob's first class service. It is superior to all I have dealt with from other VW dealers and rival brands - my friends have also said the same who have dealt with him directly.

This is by far the best VW forum and I have found many like minded VW ppl like me in Bris Vegas. Plenty of banter too, especially MkV Vs Mk6, GTI Vs R (of which I am very active on!). You should try to get the special dealer member status here too - I am sure the moderator can help out.

Yes I KNOW it's about time! I was speaking to a guy by the name of Jason Boyd yesterday (referred to me by Bernard Wong above; Finance_Analyst ) who is also a VW Watercooled member and he was telling me all about this site yesterday.. So despite the fact that I am so far from civilisation, I am now closer with watercooled..
