NSW New Car - old BORA

I always wanted one of these and now they are cheaper I managed to purchase it and I love it! I know there is a bit of work to do but its in good shape for what I paid.

Its a 2002 VOLKSWAGEN BORA 1J MY2002 4-MOTION AWD with just under 100K on the clock. Full leather with sunroof.

I had a question for anyone who might be able to help. I know it needs new shocks and was aware of this before I bought it, but what about the springs ? Would these need replacing at the same time ?

If you need new shocks and thinking about new springs aswell, why not go with a whole lower setup=)
