2010 Golf GTI

I am new so here we go, wanting to do some modist upgrades to my 2010 Golf GTI, any suggestions. Need some advice on the hot topic of number plate LED's and will the R Dash ones work on my 2010 model.

Welcome Mate.
Best bang for your buck mod will be a stage 1 ecu tune.
Many companies do them so just do a bit of research into which one you want.
I would reccomend Viezu and APR as we have both of them local to Brisbanbe and on the forums here.

Number plate LED's can be sourced from ebay.
I did mine and they work flawlessly.

Thanks mate, the APR is always in the back of my mind but will find it hard to spend that sort of money and hide it from the wife. Never heard of Viezu but will do some research. Might just go ahead and order the R Dash plate lights and hope for the best.

They are individual tunes apparently.

Thanks for the plug Clay, yep Viezu is new to Australia, but huge in the UK, able to tune all the supercars.

If you so desire please check the posts on Viezu in my section, but the GTI tune is about a grand plus GST from memory. This includes Viezu's insurance, free ongoing tweaks for hardware upgrades, and a return to your true stock file. No encryption locking you in either.

I'd love to do a GTI actually, spend all my time on the R's at present!!
