hi all , sad but happy story
ran a 1970 porsche 911 for about 10 years as a daily driver and sold it a few months ago and bought a Mk6 103TDI Comfortline white with black tints... nice cars ...
I was reading the forums as a lurker but now due to the new format I need to post first...
What I'm considering doing from my lurking
1/ intergrated sat nav (currently have a RCD 510 - Ithink - nice radio 6 stack CD)
2/ garage door buttom look convenient
3/ Would like to but some black 17 inch rims , currently got 16....
4/ Suspension update.. maybe
5/ Fogs cause not sure why they just look better
6/ Any engine mods ?? not sure maybe someone can recommend.
Its certainy got the pull .... not quitethe rarity or driving experience of the 911 , but hey its not a 911.... its a golf and a nice one at that.
Will be getting back into a 993 (or 997) in five years and this will go to my daughter as her first car.
