NSW audi tt mk1 1st post

hey guys,

just introducing myself

i drive an mk1 audi tt quattro
have dome some light mods to the car, and hope to do some more modding down the track, and mayb do some trackwork and such.

I have not always been driving this car

previously owned a skyline r33 and s15

hope i can learn and meet new people on this forum

car looks good
nice combo of wheels and lowered, tips look good too
thing i like about euro cars are that you can do some light mods and the car still looks stock to the untrained eye

Yeah tell me about it got pulled over for speeding and cop didn't say anything bout exhaust, lowered car, wheels to big for car, me driving a prohibited car on p plates

haha, same i got pulled over before for running through stop sign, but dint get done for anything
but with my skyline before, such a headache, cops do uturns just to have a random breath test

yeh did a revo stage 2
all the stuff in my sig
but i'm having boost leak problems
i think my bov was leaking so i took it off, and i found another cracked pipe, will wait till the new year and get it all fixed
but for now i'm fluttering around everywhere with mine
haha

nice revo stage 2, how much power are you getting from that. Im going down the frankenturbo to get some more power for my car

but it just looks stock as a rock

i haven't dynoed it yet
but when i get the boost leak fixed
i'm guessing about 160kw atw or so
yeh i was thinking about getting something like a gt-rs later on or something, when i have enough money to just make this a project car

Theres a guy on oZaudi with gt turbo on a s3 and he has 170atw on 16psi

170 sounds a bit low, depends on what gt he has though, might be something like a gt28
and 16 psi sounds low as well
i'm running sumthing around the 20psi atm
but its a different turbo so yeh, that turbo might peak earlier and hold for a long time, and might be very torquey
waiting for a chance to dyno my car properly, missed out on the dyno day they had a while back here, because my car wasn't ready

sorry my mistake its got a gtrs eliminator and runs at 22 psi atm

your lucky your car is a quattro i wish mine was
