Ciao ... a new Trakka AWD T5 owner ...

Hi all ... just took delivery of a Trakka T5 ... with 4-motion and diff lock etc. So I need to familiarise myself with all things VDub ... not owned one since a VR6 over 15 years ago. Current other car is a Lotus Elise 111R.

I've just put brighter globes in the VW ... and am about to put decent speakers in ... nothing outrageous, but with better depth. It came with the 310 radio.

The tyres seem a little odd ... 215/60R17 ... Goodyear Cargo. They're not even listed on Goodyear website ... so what chance have I got in the backblocks?

Anyhow, nice to meet y'all ... but I need to go to bed now ... tomorrow's Monday after all.

welcome mate another camper even if yours is twice the size as mine i have a caddy camper . i want a t5 trakka myself ,

That's a great choice for a campervan vehicle. VW does a better job on designing these vehicles compared to FIAT - it has lots of packages and other options that you want to add on the van.

Very cool. Trakka T5 would be a nice vehicle. Having 4motion is great and the diff lock is an extra bonus. It's good to see Trakka still doing campervans.. I remember them back in the old rear engine T3 days.

Hope you get to have lots of road trips in it.
