  • Thread for the red Polo with white wheels in the forum banner?

Hey guys I am new on here. If everything goes to plan (rarely does) I will be picking up my Polo this afternoon. Very excited to go from a 1971 VW Type 3 Squareback to a comfy Polo with air con, cd player and no fuel/exhaust smell in the cabin.

Just wondering if anyone could send me the link to the thread for the red polo in this sites banner photo? The one which is driving in a tunnel between a polo gti (black/dark blue) and a maroon Honda Accord on black wheels. It looks amazing from what I can see. I would like to get a better look.

    Cheers

That looks amazing. I picked up my red 07 polo club yesterday. Its great to see that they have the potntial to look really cool.

Just wondering if the speedo is out because of the change in rolling diameter? Or does it re set itself depending on how big your wheel and tyre package is?

p.s for the love of god dont get a wheel and tyre package from Bob Jane!

Ask around on this forum for what offsets, tyre sizes, suspension and stuff work well on the Polo's. We're only too happy to help. Quality wheels are everywhere, you just have to ask!
