Ahoy from Brisbane! :)

Hey guys,
I thought it was high time that I said hello to everyone.

I signed up last year and then things/circumstances changed and I didn't really get into it as much as I should've. I'm from South Africa, but have been living in Australia for the past 3 years, 2 of them in Adelaide and the last one in Brissy.

At the moment I've got a MK4 GTI, which I'm really happy with. There are a few OEM mods that I've got lined up, I don't think I'll be turning her into a Dahlback Racing golf just yet

I've had other veedubs in the past. Namely a MK5 2.0 FSI, a MK3 VR6, and a City Golf 2.0 16v.
I'm looking forward to getting amongst it all, learning heaps and dishing out info wherever I can.

A belated welcome to the forum Don.

I just moved from Adelaide myself, Flagstaff Hill.

There's a cruise tomorrow morning if you are into that sort of thing, starting in Samford. An opportunity to meet a few folk from around Brissy.

Thanks for the warm welcome chaps, unfortunately I'm away until next wednesday, but hope to catch up soon. I hope the rain stayed away for you today. I'm stoked to find there is a brissy scene over here as vwgolf.net.au seems to be very much NSW orientated.
