QLD Hello!!!

Hi everyone!

Im a proud owner of a Candy White MKV GTI.
Great to be part of a mature, friendly and informative community.

My previous car was a 95 Supra TT and owned her for 10 years, as much as i loved it
i really dont think ill be going back to any type of Jap car for quite some time.
A little sacrifice of performance for luxury, however keep an eye out on the members rides
section as i do plan going stage 2 and updating my progress.
Car is already booked for colour coding and tint, and considering painting the wheels gunmetal soon.

Wheres abouts are the local meets here?

The MkV had/has a massive following and sort of re-launched the brand in Australia.

Good to see another Brisbane member who is enthusiastic about their car.
Hope we can get you to some of our meets and i loomk forward to seeing what you are going to do to the little beast.

I have a feeling I may have already met you... I had the 98 RSP TT Aero 6spd Supra, know it??? If not oh well but hey I did what youve done, sold the Supra and went GTI very happy with my decision as you are !!

Went for a quick drive today to see where HP was, could'nt find the damn place lol.
The road is dead end with a park there, ill have a proper look next time.

If you can call recall, we had a chat over the phone between two different cars i had in mind. ( 10k price difference)
I ended up with the one more with lower k's.

Harding's is actually run out of an old house on the right hand side of the road when you are driving towards the park.
Might be best to google it ad get a location as it isn't advertised outisde or anything.

That's a big move, but I'm sure you'll enjoy the GTI.

At least you don't need your boat licence to drive it
