NSW Hi - no longer lurking

Hi! I've been browsing the forum for a little while now. I bought my first water cooled VW in January this year when I traded my '74 bay Kombi for a '94 T4 - SWB 2.5 petrol, manual, Transporter with windows and 7 seats. I really miss the bay but the T4 is just more practical for my purposes - daily drive, boat towing, less hassles etc. I do miss the Kombi waves, though!

I hope I can learn a lot here as well as contribute as best as I can. I have a little panel/paint work to get done to fix a few scrapes (looks like the previous owner had trouble parking) and then hope to get onto the interior, a semi-camper fitout maybe.

Old scratched and bubbly tint removed and replaced. Best $300 I ever spent!...





And I have some nice new VW 17inch alloys to go on, when I can afford the new rubber...


And my wife would like air con... anybody know a good place for retro-fitting air, if I can get my hands on a 2nd-hand unit?
