Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Hey guys. I'm Fatmir from Dandenong.
    If you're near the area you may have seen me before

    I just finished an airbag setup on my 2008 VW Eos.

    Unfortunately it got keyed by some loser which means new paint!
    Going to either paint it satin black or paint it factory and then wrap it in satin black.
    Also just bought a badgless grill. Also thinking of going with a shaved look at the back.

    Currently working on my boot instal now.
    Il keep you guys posted.

        The wheels and ride height are absolutely stunning.

        The billet grill really doesn't do anything for me though so i would say go the badgeless grill or black it out and see how that goes.

          Yeh it doesnt for me either. It went with the old look I had going but really over it.
          Gloss black badgeless is the way im going
          Cant wait until its all painted up. Il put up photos when its done.

                LOL I don't think I have seen any either. But you never know.
                I like to think my car is unique haha.

                Yeah sucks to look at key marks everyday. But should be all painted up by summer which will be perfect

                      Dylan, I swear i feel like I have seen your Bora a few times. I looked at your username and its familiar.
                      You ever come towards Dandenong or Berwick?

                      Where are the meets in Melbourne? Raymond just told me about SEDF and DOVW. Any others? Would be more than willing to come down and show off haha

                        might have... my user name was my previous number plates also...
                        I live in Bairnsdale (3hrs east) so often drive along the M1 to Ballarat and Burwood.
                        There are random meets from time to time. not really any set things that jumps to mind.
