WA Prospective Amarok owner

Hi there VW owners. I've joined up to communicate about VW generally and Amarok's particularly, doing my homework in lead up to (hopefully) purchasing. The VW line is pretty impressive, but I haven't had much experience with them since we sold the wife's '74 Beetle about 20 years ago. (yeh, I know, technology has moved on dramatically. Even the VW engineers back then could not have dreamt about how good cars are now). I hope to learn a lot through reading your forum posts and asking questions from those more knowledgeable.
