Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    QLD New convert to VW

    Hi all.
    I'm a proud owner of a new Mk VI Golf GTI and absolutely love it. I'm a recent convert to VW but am now a massive advocate and love showing it off.
    I bought it in April this year and finally decided to join up to share my expereince and hopefully learn a bit from this community along the way.
    Wait out for more info on my ride and some pics to go along with it. Tim_B

          Yeah, I've only seen a few around Toowoomba. Keep an eye out for a Silver GTI, there's also a Silver GTD around, don't be fooled.

          Also I had a Subaru before the GTI. Nearly bought a WRX before I came to my senses. Best decision ever
