Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA New Tiguan Owner

    Hello All,

    Thought I would say Hi and introduce myself. Names Lee.. Just bought a 2011 MY11 DSG TSI Tiguan in Pepper grey. Didn't get many options on my car as I bought it straight from the dealer.. Comfort pack, MDI and thats about it.. Pretty shocking really as I wanted Park Assist, Sat Nav, Off Road pack, Adaptive Pack and Leather but I would have to wait until February to get it.

    Happy to say though that I've got my eye on a nice set of 19" Alloys for it and a set of H&R lowering springs already. So I guess it won't be long before the tuning bug bites and I get the APR Stage 1 ECU upgrade done.

    Anyway, Hello All..

    Welcome Lee.
    Hope to see some pictures of your tiguan and hear about your uses of it.

    They are very fun things to own and the tuning bug bites strongly.
