Hi everyone, just joined this group after reading some very helpful posts.
Took delivery of a 118tsi DSG Golf Mk6 wagon with Sports package yesterday and am really enjoying the drive so far. Had a short tour today to Bungendore for a very pleasant lunch and found the car a breeze to drive. Previous car is a very cute manual Citroen C3 with same size engine, but very different driving experience. Keep wanting to change down gears when I slow down!
Having read some of the alarming threads about DSG and various engine problems with the 118tsi, I am keeping all my fingers crossed for a smooth ride! Seems like an amazing piece of technology in a car.
