Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW First VW

    Hi Ladies and Gents,

    New owner of a new near 09 Jetta 118TSi, my first VW.

    Coming from a 270kw atw Mitsubishi Evo and various other turbo cars it's time I stepped into something more 'civilised'.

    Loving it so far, and to think I was about to shell out more money for an A4
    Not that there's anything wrong with the A4 at all, but the Jetta has more than met my needs and expectations so far.

    Look forward to contributing in the near future.

    Hi James. I have come from an 07 Subaru WRX STI and Subaru Liberty to an 07 Golf 2.0TDI. Was also looking at the A4s' as well. haha
    I'm sure you will love the Jetta. Can't wait to start modding it.

        I would like an APR Carbonio intake, Superchips BlueFin tune, H&R springs, 18" R32 Zolders, possibly RCD/RNS510 conversion and that should do me just fine. lol
