looking at:

passat 2011 118tsi sedan

I think coming from a 308, you might find the 118t Passat a bit 'sluggish' - but they are a great car.

I find many commonalities between our Pug and VW's, but like them both as much as each other.

Thank you for the feedback mikinoz, i'm looking at it as a second car, so slightly slower is ok with me (though actually i found it as quick as the 308 in a straight line)
