ACT Hi from a future GTD driver

Hi all,

After the last few weeks of test drives and research, it came down to deciding between a 118TSI with sports pack, or a GTD. The 103 TDI was discarded as I'm not interested in the DSGs. A few more test drives laters and after negotiations with the minister for war and finance, approval was finally given for a GTD, soon to be ordered and hopefully to arrive before xmas!

Good luck SlatS. I have one and it's terrific. I had an 09 103 TDi manual for 2.5 years and upgraded to the GTD but had to go to the dsg due to back issues. You won't regret the choice. Mine took 7 months from order to delivery but I wanted particular options. It was worth the wait. Enjoy.

A little over a year later I can heartily agree with GTD Dubber. Absolutely love my GTD every day I drive it. Now we're selling the Forester XT the missus drives and swapping for 125 TDI Passat if we can find it!
