Hi Everyone

I'm Chris and currently am in the process of looking at buying a Volkswagen Golf 118TSI. I currently drive my Dad's old Toyota Landcruiser (1994), its a reliable car but I'm spending too much of my income on fuel. I want something that is fuel efficient and reasonably powerful. Due to my entire family owning Japanese cars I didn't really know much about the European market but I became amazed when I learn about the Golfs. I originally was looking at the new Polo GTI before realising that being a P-Plater that I was unlikely to be able to drive it even with an exemption application. So I am now seriously considering buying a Golf 118 TSI Manual.

From memory the 118 is also quite difficult to get an exemption for???
Why not get the 103TDI or the 90TSI?

That has occured to me too. Im going to make an enquiry to call on thier special hotline number and ask. Im rather sick of Diesels after the Landcruiser and the 90TSI hasn't got much power compared to a Japanese Equivelent.
