Hi All,

just joined the forum, however will mostly jsut be reading other peoples knowledge.
Have had an extensive history with VWs and GTi's
First Car was a 1600 Beatle.
Than had a Peogeot 205 GTi 1.9 (yip know wrong forum) - great car, loved every minute that it tried to kill me, white.
1990 Golf GTI Mk2 8v 1800 - great torque, massive fun, Black
2003 Golf 1.6 Mk4, Blue
2006 Golf Mk 5 GTI Man, Red
2011 Gofl Mk 6 R Man, Rising Blue, 3Dr
Really loved the GTi, however the R is just amazing.

Welcome mate, the Perth population of R's is gradually growing.

I used to own a Peugeot myself back in the UK, i always wanted the 205 GTI but the insurance was a killer back then so bought it's slightly bigger brother the 309GTI 1.9. I absolutely loved it.
