T5 seats

[Crewman T5]

Hey folks
We have an 08 T5 Crewvan with captains seats up front. Basically they are pretty much the most uncomfortable seat I have sat in. Has anyone fitted better seats or are older Caravelle etc seats better.

Any help much appreciated.

You can fit Golf GTI (MkV), Saab, or even BMW Mini Cooper seats. I've seen Porsche buckets but you have to keep in mind high bolsters will make entry/exit more difficult.

I find the Captain seats OK though I'd rather have height adjustment instead of swivel.

Great help, thanks! The standard Transporter seats are murderous! (I, too, regularly drive 8-hour trips).

Do you know which Saab in particular? I have an old 9000 and the seats are great - I'd be chuffed if they bolted straight in!
