My names Scott, i currently drive a GC8 Impreza at the moment but will be looking at getting into a Mk5 Jetta over the next year or so.
Just thought i would join up so i can learn more and hopefully get out and meet some of you guys.

Exactly my reasoning. Dad won't go a week without reminding me I should've bought a GTI, he just doesn't get it.

i agree with maca, get a gti. (maca = resident jetta whore).

Good choice, get some details up when you get hold of one, or throw some questions around.

I never said for him to get a GTI!!!
