How do you post pictures in a thread reply??

Just wanted to know how to attach pictures into a reply to a thread. I tried clicking the "insert picture" button..but it told me to enter the URL of my image..wth?? i want to upload from my PC, not from a URL, please help!

You need to use Photobucket. Its Free!
