yep first time poster on here, have had a black Golf 1.9tdi comfortline 2006 from new for my wife & family and it has been just a wonderful car and just clocked over 90,000kms last week.
I am as fussy as hell with my cars & bikes (1981 BMW R100rs & 1996 Honda XR600R) so with the Golf I have been bang on the money with service intervals and I always change the engine oil only myself every 7500kms between handbook services as theres not much oil in there so I like it working well and also the wife can do some short runs for school pickups & work....The car has never missed a beat...
Cheers to you all and I will be back soon to ask about Multivans & dualcab transporters as I need a good work vehicle in the next few months (self employed signwriter of 26 yrs)
