Hello everyone,
First post, but have been a reader for most of the year. When the R was introduced in Europe, I found the UK R forum which I have followed since, then later I found this site.
Have to say the helpfulness and (especially) the humour of the members on here reminds me of the OZAudi forum.
Previous car - a MY09 A3 Sportback 1.8T 7 speed DSG, which was a great little car. I thought the S3 overpriced, but then the R appeared, and I was hooked. Ordered late June, supposed to arrive in the country 3rd Jan. Waited 7 months for the Audi, so this is much the same. Doesn't make the waiting any easier though.
Only problem now is I'm 1000 kms from APR Brisbane
