i am in a bit of trouble...not much time...brought new mags and tyres for my 75 beetle today, as i have only owned it for a couple of days, went to put wheels on and of course silly me forgot the length of the nuts are not long enough and (my mate thinkin he knew what he was doin, not) buggered to nuts. in a frantic rush tried to find a place that might stock replacement nuts without any luck. so i am in need of any help if anyone knows of any where i can buy 2 wheel nuts or a full set of conversion nuts... i am travelling to tassie on the boat tonight taking her down to my home town to do a bit of work to her whilst on holidays and dont think i should drive her with only 3 nuts on 2 wheels...any help would be much appreciated, thanks matt
thanks guys, yeah i put the old wheels back on. only got 3 nuts on 2 wheels at the moment, pretty hard to find parts didnt want to drive her to far, have to have a look in devonport in the morn for some nuts....i have faith in my bug she'll get me there at least..thanx matt
