QLD New to the Golf Scene, 1991 Mk 2 Karmann Cabrio

Hi all,

I have just bought a 1991 Golf, Mk 2 Cabrio. love it and can't get it off my wife does anyone here know the history of it. I'll post an image link. The previous owner had no idea of the history. It seams to have had an alarm on it at some stage, and now after I have been driving it for a while, turn it off and try and start it again, it does not start for at least 5 Min, quite frustrating. I cant find any where that would have a cut out switch. Help is needed.

have no idea on history , but if i was you id rip the whole alarm set up out and replace with something a bit better, hope to see it out and about too, very clean looking car
