good morning all,
I'm excited to be looking in a different section of the motoring section.. for years I have concentrated on the camping, touring and the off road scene. Buying our first Golf is the culmination of a dream that is years old.
Yes its basic, yeas its low cost... but its a golf!
The Patrol is now the first car in the drive way allowing the VW to be taken out before the hulky, bulky beast can be moved!
Its a 2003 generation Sport. Stock standard but low kms. Comfort is the key. But I am terrible at keeping a vehicle standard so its only a matter of time before I start to give it personality! (dont tell the handbrake lol)
Any how, I am keen to learn more about the idiosyncrasies and the way to sort out issues of our new set of wheels and look forward to possible outing with other VW fans!
