help (not newbie) but can't post in Classifieds section

I've been posting on here for a few months now, but wanted to place a Car For Sale ad in the Classifieds section of the forum, and it's saying I don't have access to post.

From what I can read of the rules I should be able to put my car ad up (I think?)
