I was looking to get a 2nd hand VW Golf GTi around Christmas time.
I'm just doing some research at the moment on what I want to get, but was going to specifically research extended warranties. I'm looking to buy a car with the original manufacturer’s warranty being still valid & then, extend it when I purchase the car.

Hey everyone,

I've finally done it
It took a bit longer than I thought it would but I finally got my VW Golf GTI!

I got a fantastic discount on an extended warranty for it thanks to all the info on this website & I've also just purchased a sat nav unit for the car (RNS510). Hopefully all goes smoothly with the installation, etc.

Just wanted to say how invaluable all the contributions on this forum have been & it's definitely answered a lot of questions for me.
