Hi everyone. I just bought a new platinum Jetta 2.0 TDI. The car is great. My last car was Citroen which went 150,000km with only an alternator bearing problem (mitsubishi I think not bosch). The purchase of the Jetta was great but service poor. The sunvisor broke off in the first week because the swivel was seized and had to wait 3 weeks for a new one. There was some doubt about it being warranty. The new one was faulty (crooked and the light kept coming on). They fitted a second hand one from a company car. Now ok. Sent my wife in the second time and she doesn't want to go back the guy was so rude. Hope things improve. The citroen people were so nice.
Will study forum to see where I can get good service. I'm a technical guy so will be reading lots of technical posts too. Cheers.
