Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Hello from Mono. Interested in the new VW Polo.

    Hello All. My first post on the site. I'm about to buy a new car and can't seem to go past the VW Polo. I would prefer a 3 Door Trendline but there are a few aesthetic issues that I have with the upholstery and the interior. I'm not sure I want a 5 Door either. I think I'm going to settle for the Comfortline because I'm impatient and I can get one in Brisbane during the week. Now I can't decide on Petrol or Diesel. I'm a designer so I think I'm making the decision based on colour. I can get a Pepper Grey TDI which I love the look of. Don't know much about Diesels though. I've been tossing this one up for a few weeks now. Keen to change the alloys though and I have my eye on the 16" Syenit's or the 17" Boavista's. Could do with some images if anyone has the 16" Syenit's please. Any comments or recommendations are welcome.
