I am from England. Found this site, and have been reading through it.
Lots of information which is helpful.
Currently I own a 1981 MK1 Golf Diesel 1.6

I am on the hunt now for a MK1 Golf 1.5 Diesel 1977 to 1978.
Lets see how it goes. Will definitely keep you guys posted.

Hi,

Just joined myself. Mk1 Diesels they were hard to find in the UK, very retro.

Im interested to see how you go with this as the car searches ive done so far dont come up with manyolder Vdub's.
