NSW Tiguan 147 newbie

Hello.. bought our first VW and in 3 months we've managed to hit a kangaroo and got a hair line scratch down the door... ouch!

Kangaroo damaged will get sorted next week... but does anyone know how to remove the hairline scratch? tried buffering it turtle wax and cloth but still looks the same. done it 4-5 times.
